How can I edit my profile?
You can edit your information in My Account > Edit Profile.
After updating your name, contact information, etc., click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
Your login ID cannot be changed as it was set during registration.
Your email address may or may not be editable depending on your registration method.

How do I request a exchange?
1. Eligibility
Exchanges are available for:
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items
Customer-preference requests (e.g., size or style change)
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
2. Important Guidelines
1) All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
2) Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags, packaging, and accessories included
- Exchanges require returning the original item before a replacement is shipped
3. How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact us via:
1) Website bulletin board, or
2) Email: ODEUWA.Inc@gmail.com
Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Requested replacement item (size, color, etc.)
- Reason for exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Step 2: Return the Original Item
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days after exchange approval
- Customers must arrange the return shipment and provide a tracking number

4. Shipping Costs
1) For customer-preference exchanges (e.g., size, color)
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping fee
- Reshipping fee (sending the new item)
- Any customs duties or taxes
2) For seller-related issues (e.g., defective or incorrect item):
- We will cover both return and reshipping costs
5. Price Differences
1) If the replacement item costs more than the original item:
→ The customer will be required to pay the difference
2) If the replacement item costs less:
→ The price difference will be refunded
6. Processing
- Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days after receipt
