    • How are shipping fees calculated?
      Shipping fees vary depending on order conditions such as total amount, item weight, destination country, and shipping method.
      The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

      We kindly ask that you review the shipping fee on the order page before completing your purchase.
    • Can items be shipped separately?
      Due to international shipping processes, all items are shipped together once they are fully prepared. Partial shipments are not available.
    • How are customs duties and taxes applied?
      Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country, and the amount is determined during the customs process.
    • What should I do if there is a customs issue?
      Customs or the shipping carrier may request additional information. Customers are responsible for responding to such requests.
    • How can I track my shipment?
      You can track your order using the tracking number via Help Center > Track Order.
      Tracking information will also be sent by email once the item is shipped.
    • My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I have not received my package.
      Please check with the carrier or your delivery location (e.g., front desk, concierge).
      If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.
    • How do I request a return?


      1. Eligibility
      You may request a return or refund for:

      Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items
      Customer-preference returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size)


      2. Refund Guidelines
      1) For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, photos and supporting information are required. Return shipment may not be required depending on the case.
      2) For customer-preference returns, return shipping is required and must be paid by the customer.
      3) All returned items must be:
      - Unused and unwashed
      - In original condition
      - With all original tags, packaging, and accessories included

      4) If a return causes the remaining order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold ($250), the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


      3. How to Request a Return / Refund

      STEP 1: Contact us

      Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:
      1) Website bulletin board, or
      2) Email: ODEUWA.Inc@gmail.com

      Include:
      - Order number
      - Product name
      - Reason for return
      - Photos (for defective/damaged/wrong items)


      Step 2: Prepare the Return

      For all returns:
      - Repack items in original condition with all tags and packaging
      - Include order information (order number or packing slip if available)
      - If returning multiple items, pack them together


      Step 3: Return Shipment

      - The item must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.
      - Customers must arrange the return shipment directly with a courier of their choice and provide the tracking number to ODE after dispatch.

      ** Return shipping costs:
      - If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
      - If the return is due to seller reasons (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the return shipping cost will be reimbursed after the item is received and inspected.
      - If the return is due to customer reasons, customers are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may occur during the return process.

      Step 4: Inspection & Refund
      - Items will be inspected upon arrival in Korea.
      - Refund will be issued if the item meets return conditions.
      - Processing time: within 5–7 business days after receipt.
    • How are refunds processed?
      Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

      Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the item arrives at our facility.

      Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
    • I forgot my login ID. What should I do?
      You can check your login ID through the “Find ID” option on the login page.
      Please enter your name and email address.
    • I forgot my password. What should I do?
      You can reset your password through the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.
      Please enter your name, login ID, and email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email.
